The following Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of The Freedom Project Ebook (“Ebook”) written by Anastasia Schmalz and Tomer Arwas (“Authoris”). Please read these Terms of Purchase carefully. By purchasing this Ebook you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) agree the following terms of pruchase, and use of Ebook contents is governed by the following terms and conditions.

The third party registered and unregistered trade marks and service marks that feature in our ebook are the property of their respective owners and, unless stated otherwise in this disclaimer, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any licence to exercise such rights.

9. Law and jurisdiction

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with The Netherlands law and jurisdiction.

Any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

10. Money back guarantee

In the case that you are not satisfied with contents of the book, we offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To receive a refund for your purchase, please send an email to hello@generationnomads.com within 14 days of purchase with the following details:

(a) Reason for the request. Please be specific. Our aim is to create products that are valuable to you and that can help you in the best way possible. It is essential for us to receive concrete feedback.

(b) Receipt of purchase.

(c) Full consent to remove any digital copies of the ebook from all your devices and destroy any hard copies in your possession.

After review of your email and receipt, we will contact you regarding the refund of your purchase. The maximum that will be refunded is price you paid for the ebook.

Once the refund is confirmed, you are obliged to delete all copies of the ebook from all your devices and destroy any hard copies in your possession.
